Buildland recently transformed a prominent corner-site in Merrylands into a high-density mixed-use development. The site, which is located just 800 metres from Merrylands Train Station, was prepared by the Buildland team by demolishing a series of existing structures. The development is home to 44 private apartments and 4-ground level retail spaces. All apartments feature lush carpet throughout, with an open plan lounge, modern kitchen, large sunny balconies, modern bathroom, and laundry, split A/C, and secured car space with storage.
